Representing the owner's interests throughout project development and execution through owner's engineering, independent technical review, tender and contract support, project assurance, project and outage leadership, installation and commissioning oversight, and change and claim management.
Beyond identifying problems and risks, I develop practical solutions, drawing on first-hand experience gained on the contractor, OEM and owner/operator sides of complex power generation projects.
The result: an independent basis for what to approve, challenge or accept; retained risks kept explicit; contractor commitments governed against agreed requirements; and acceptance tied to verified performance and complete evidence.

Typical support includes technical project leadership, design coordination and review, interface and integration management, supplier coordination, commissioning support, documentation review, and focused project assurance or audit.
I can join as an extension of the project team for a full phase, a defined workstream or a single critical gate.
