DField Systems is the engineering consultancy unit of DField Kft., providing independent technical project management and engineering advisory for gas turbine-driven power generation and industrial energy projects.
2. What data we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name – to address you correctly
- Email address – to respond to your enquiry
- Phone number – optional; to contact you by phone if requested
- Job title and company – to understand your professional context
- Message content – to understand and respond to your enquiry
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no web analytics service, no advertising or social pixel, no tag manager, and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing is written to your browser's cookie store, local storage, or session storage, so there is nothing for you to accept or decline – which is why the site carries no cookie banner.
The only records generated by your visit are the standard server access logs kept by our hosting provider (Hostinger, EU data centre) for security and operational purposes. These are not used to profile or track visitors.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Your enquiry constitutes a pre-contractual communication. Because this basis does not depend on consent, the contact form does not ask you to consent to processing; it asks you to acknowledge this Privacy Policy before submitting.
5. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data submitted via the contact form for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or an ongoing contractual relationship. Data is deleted upon your request (see Section 8).
7. Data storage and security
Contact form submissions are delivered by email to info@dfield.hu via server-side PHP processing on our Hostinger-hosted server (EU data centre). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of access – you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification – you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure – you may request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

- Right to data portability – you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object – you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
