DField Systems is the engineering consultancy unit of DField LLC, providing independent technical project management and engineering advisory for gas turbine-driven power generation and industrial energy projects.
2. What data we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name — to address you correctly
- Email address — to respond to your enquiry
- Phone number — optional; to contact you by phone if requested
- Job title and company — to understand your professional context
- Message content — to understand and respond to your enquiry
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics beyond basic server-level access logs provided by our hosting provider (Hostinger).
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Your enquiry constitutes a pre-contractual communication.
Where you have given specific consent (e.g., by ticking the consent checkbox on the contact form), we also rely on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data submitted via the contact form for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or an ongoing contractual relationship. Data is deleted upon your request (see Section 7).

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to info@dfield.hu via server-side PHP processing on our Hostinger-hosted server (EU data centre). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
